Last month, Vans released a video previewing the Vans Vault x Horween collection, providing a behind-the-scenes look into the Horween Leather tannery in Chicago.
New images from the collection emerged today, as Hypebeast previewed the upcoming Vans Vault Era Horween LX. Regular Vans Vault collaborator Taka Hayashi designed the shoe, which rebuilds the classic Era silhouette with premium Horween leather.
The upper features dark brown scotch grain leather, accompanied by smooth brown leather on the toe and heel panels. Leather laces and a traditional white vulcanized sole round things out.
The Vans Vault Era Horween LX is expected to release this Fall at Vans Vault accounts. Stay tuned to Sole Collector for further release details.
