Vans Classics Lose Weight in the LXVI Holiday 2014 Collection

Vans lightens up some its classic models with the UltraCush Lite sole.

It's a common practice for sneaker companies to re-introduce old models with lighter builds that are allowed by more modern tech.

With that being said, those re-introductions usually alter the outward aesthetics of the shoes - you've seen that endlessly on the Swoosh side of things with the various Lunar and Hyperfuse builds. Doing a much better job of preserving the original builds is this new set from the Vans LXVI imprint, which features the Vans Sk8-Hi, the Vans Old Skool, and the Vans Authentic that are all lighter than you remember them. You can see those shoes below and you can also see them at global Vans retailers right now.
