Tomorrow, when the University of Maryland travels to Morgantown to take on West Virginia, the Terrapins will take the field wearing brand new Under Armour "White Ops" uniforms.
The "White Ops" uniforms were designed as a subtle nod to the Terp's 2011 PRIDE uniforms featuring the Maryland state flag. A distinct Maryland-inspired pattern, nicknamed "Mariflage," appears inside the jersey numbers, while elements from the state flag also carry into the helmet and footwear.
On the technical side, Maryland's "White Ops" uniforms utilize Under Armour COMPFIT, increasing flexibility while reducing drag and grab. The footwear selections include the Highlight, Fierce Havoc Mid D and Blur, all in special "White Ops" colorways.
