A small Maryland clothing company called Armor & Glory is in the midst of a legal battle with Under Armour regarding the overlap in names of both.

This month Under Armour, which is now the second biggest sportswear company in the U.S., filed a trademark-infringement lawsuit against Armor & Glory in Maryland federal court. Keep in mind that the latter is still a small family business, having made less than $100,000 in revenue since its inception in 2013. But, that's not stopping Under Armour from fiercely protecting its name.

As the Washington Post reports, this is the latest in a string of lawsuits filed by Under Armour against companies using the words "armour" or "armor." UA has also sued Body Armour, Salt Armour, and Ass Armor.

Under Armour attorneys are asking that Armor & Glory destroy all its products, surrender its domain name and all profits, and pay attorney's fees and damages to the tune of more than $100,000.

Armor & Glory has started a GoFundMe campaign to help pay for what is sure to be a costly legal battle against Under Armour.
