The Nike Air Max '95 has gone through various makeovers, but none quite like this.
In 2014, Nike Sportswear toyed with the idea of creating the Air Max '95 2014. This sneaker features a modern take on the classic Air Max, complete with Flywire, a full-length Max Air unit, Nike+ technology and oh yeah, did I mention they are a mid-top? Yes, you read that correctly, the Air Max '95 was going to converted into a Mid, along with its new look.
For reasons unknown, the Nike Air Max '95 2014 Mid never made its way into production. However, samples were created, which include this black, dark magnet grey and fuchsia force colorway. Did Nike make the right call by not releasing this hybrid?
