The Nike Hyperdunk series just might be Nike's most successful attempt at re-imagining a classic silhouette for contemporary times.
Taking another stab at it is this latest Dunk update, the Nike Dunk Ultra Modern. Unlike the Hyperdunk though, this model seems to be aimed towards the lifestyle realm rather than the performance one. The sneaker wears a lightweight upper with what looks to be Hyperfuse construction, and some covert elephant print. The latter is a confusing choice to run with when attempting to make a shoe look "ultra modern", but readers should at this point be familiar with Nike's tendency to put elephant print anywhere and everywhere. There is no release date yet for the Nike Dunk Ultra Modern.
