Signature athletes not being comfortable in their own sneakers has been a hot topic for the past two seasons. Klay Thompson is currently wearing the Nike Hyperdunk 2014 in the NBA Playoffs, despite being signed to ANTA. The reason? He experienced some discomfort playing in his ANTA sneaker. Meanwhile, his teammate Stephen Curry is getting a head start in his signature shoe for next season to prevent similar problems.
The reigning MVP was recently spotted at Warriors practice wear-testing the upcoming Under Armour Curry 2 in black and chrome. A more colorful version of Curry's rumored second sig leaked online earlier this week.
Curry is still playing playoff games in the Curry One. A launch date for the Two has not been announced.
