Yesterday, the Sacramento Kings made the trip to Barclays Center for a Sunday evening matchup with the Brooklyn Nets. The meeting marked the first game between the two teams since Marcus Thornton was sent to Brooklyn in exchange for Jason Terry and Reggie Evans last month.
The Nets jumped out to an early 28-19 first quarter lead and never looked back. Behind 27 points from Thornton, Brooklyn easily handled Sacramento 104-89.
Taking care of business as he usually does, our guy Keez Cam was in the house taking close-up photos of the sneakers that hit the court in yesterday's game. This is particularly good news because the Kings are one of the best teams in the league as far as footwear choices are concerned.
