It's been a most unpredictable playoffs for the Indiana Pacers this spring. Just a few weeks ago, it looked pretty certain that an oddball team of 3-point gunners (and an unknown guy with no less than ten emoji tattoos) would be bouncing the Eastern Conference's #1 seed right on out of the first round of the postseason. Meanwhile, the Miami Heat cruised through their first two rounds, winning in 4 against he Charlotte Bobcats, and holding court convincingly against the well-matched Brooklyn Nets in just five games.
So when the two teams faced off yesterday in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals, naturally the Pacers scored 30 points in the 1st quarter for the first time since February 27th, and had a balanced attack from all five starters to win in convincing fashion.
As the series is just getting started, check out the sneakers that all of the biggest names from the Heat and Pacers are wearing. Who do you have taking Game 2 tomorrow?
