Sole Watch // Bulls vs Knicks & Clippers vs Warriors

With the NBA loosening up the color restrictions for Halloween and allowing orange, we saw a few surprises on court.

words // Nick DePaula

With just two games on the schedule last night, the league didn't quite get the chance to take advantage of the looser orange-allowed sneaker rule for Halloween, but we still were treated to a handful of surprises from the Knicks, Bulls, Clippers and Warriors.

Most notably, Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul and Blake Griffin all rocked celebratory Jordans of the series they each lead. We also saw DeAndre Jordan break out an all orange Soldier VII, as well as an all new PE colorway of the Anatomix Spawn for Stephen Curry.

Sneakers aside, it was a great night for hoops junkies, as DRose drained a game-winning floater in his first game back at home, and both Chris Paul and Stephen Curry had an old fashioned shootout, finishing with 42 and 38 points each.
