Tonight is the 2014 NBA Draft Lottery, which means shortly we will know which of this year's worst teams get the best picks in the upcoming draft. In celebration of tonight's lottery, we thought we'd break down last year's lottery picks (#1-13) and where they ended up. But it's not the team each plays for that we're concerned with—it's the shoe deal.
As you probably know, last year's draft was not exactly one of the most stacked packs of talent in the history of the NBA, but a few notable sneaker deals still went down, including Jordan Brand claiming three of the top four picks with Victor Oladipo, Otto Porter Jr, and Cody Zeller. Meanwhile, adidas did well by picking up #7 pick Ben McLemore who put tothether a nice rookie season in Sacramento wearing PE editions of the Rose 4 and 4.5, and Nike got lucky by signing #11 pick and reigning Rookie of the Year Michael Carter-Williams, who sported the Zoom HyperRev for most of the 2013-14 NBA season.
