While you're relaxing over the weekend, join us in our latest look back at the last week in celebrity footwear.

Leading things off this week is Young Money rapper Tyga, who made the rounds in New York City for the official launch of his Reebok T-Raww sneaker. Tyga showed up to Monday's Battle of New York game in his RBK collaboration and did some additional press for upcoming re-released like the Shaq Attaq.

Also spotted in the T-Raww was singer Rihanna, who laced up the upcoming "Cheetah" release after rocking the Black/Red Kamikaze II earlier this week.

A$AP previewed upcoming Raf x adidas; Raekwon got his supply of Herschel x New Balance; Denzel dominated and Trinidad reigned Supreme. These kicks and more in today's Sole Collector Celebrity Sneaker Watch.

You know what is sad? The top "trend-setting" hip-hop artists (Kanye, A$AP Rocky) are pretty much just followers, but instead of following hip-hop artists, they follow high fashion. Those Raf Simmons Adidas kicks are FUGLY, but since Raf Simmons designed them, they are super fly automatically. FUCK THAT.

If something isn't hot to you, don't second-guess yourself just cuz your favorite artist is wearing it. Be true to yourself. It's funny how these guys preach "Individuality", but all their fans just want to copy them to a T.

(and I'm a big fan of A$AP Rocky and Kanye's music. that doesn't mean I'm a fan of all of their fashion choices.)
