The What the Kobe 9 Elite will cost $275–that's a fifty dollar increase from the most recent pair of Kobe 9s.
These sort of price increases from Nike aren't exactly foreign, but it's interesting to consider if there's any part of the construction on this shoe that would actually up the production price. The bump made sense in a shoe like last year's What the LeBron that featured pieces from disparate designs, but this Kobe is pretty standard as far as "What The" builds go. The What the Kobe 9, release date January 10th, is shown off here via some on-feet shots, via byukid on NT, that should help make up the minds of those still on the fence.
