Before the collab styles of the past two years, it was rare for Saucony to ever take the themed approach to its inline pairs.
Those partners seem to have helped the teams in charge of Saucony Originals come around to that idea though, as more and more styles from the brand are showing up with stories and inspirations. Case in point is the new 'Freshly Picked' pack of Shadow 5000 pairs, which looks to beyond the current cold season with two shoes inspired by blueberries and blackberries, respectively. Those who aren't into the whole themed thing can just take these at face value though, as things don't get too literal here. The 'Freshly Picked' Saucony releases will be in stores beginning Feb. 1, 2015.
