Set to release tomorrow in limited numbers is the much anticipated Primitive x Nike SB Lunar Rod "Safari."

Brought to life by PRod's Primitive skateshop and Nike Skateboarding, the "Safari" SB Lunar Rod features a skate-ready black suede build with Nike's iconic Safari print working the heel and tonal Swoosh. An orange liner furthers the safari theme, along with the Lunarlon tooling covered in red and white below.

The Primitive x Nike SB Lunar Rod "Safari is scheduled to release tomorrow, October 27th in-store at Primitive Skateshop and online.

I don't think they (Primitive or Nike SB) said they were for skating. They specifically said they combined a classic running CW (and explained the running - skateboarding shoe connection) with the new P-Rod upper, and the Lunarlon sole configuration from the Braata. I think what you do in them is up to you.

And despite the lack of warm response to them here, they did sell out.
