While the Andre Agassi retro line has been more focused on the Air Flare as of late, Nike definitely isn't leaving behind the Air Tech Challenge II.
In fact, the brand appears to be carrying on with the special editions with pairs like this pinstriped one. When the shoe first revealed it was during the lead up to the Australian Open, so some had speculated a connection there, but given that that event is about to wrap up, that's almost certainly not the case.
Agassi had some pinstripe Nike shirts in his rotation back in the day, and there's already been an Air Tech Challenge II inspired by his old shirts, so that's a possible connection. More specifically, Agassi wore pinstripes during his 1995 run at the French Open, and that connection would make sense given the 20-year anniversary.
There is no release date yet for this Nike Air Tech Challenge II.
