Packer Shoes offers a way to contribute to the relief fund for the Philippines and victims of Hurrican Haiyan, and even get a pretty dope t-shirt in the process.

Via Packer Shoes:

On November 8th, the Philippines was hit by one of the most powerful storms on record. This hurricane, known as Typhoon Haiyan, caused destruction that displaced millions of people from their homes, killed approximately 3,982 people, and over 1,600 people are still missing and unaccounted for.

One year after Super-Storm Sandy, the tri-state area still has yet to fully recover from its devastation. As a category 3 storm, Sandy is known as the deadliest and most destructive hurricane of the 2012 Atlantic hurricane season. The hurricane that hit the Philippines was a category 5! Its devastation might have completely wiped out whole towns. We cannot even begin to imagine what life is like for them right now.

Packer Shoes believes in community, and in support of our Filipino American neighbors, associates, customers, and friends, we have partnered with the Gabriela New York organization who is part of the National Alliance for Filipino Concerns (NAFCON) and we will donate $10 from each sale of our “Packer Shoes” brand T-Shirts towards Typhoon Haiyan relief in the Philippines. We are also accepting monetary donations of all levels to be used towards this cause.
