In baseball, there's no better time to leave your mark on the game than October, when the best of the American and National League clash in the Fall Classic. In Game 1 of the 2012 World Series between the Detroit Tigers and San Francisco Giants, third baseman Pablo "Kung Fu Panda" Sandoval left his imprint on the series by hitting three home runs and a single to boot. Behind the historic performance, the Giants jumped out to a 1-0 series lead with a dominant 8-3 victory.
To become the fourth player in MLB history with three home runs in one World Series game, Sandoval laced up Under Armour's Yard III cleats and a Gigantes-friendly black and orange colorway. The Yard III features a patent leather and nubuck upper, full-length Micro G footbed, 4D foam insoles, an ArmourGuide TPU outsole and Rotational Traction cleat configuration.
The Yard III is currently on sale at UnderArmour.com.
