#SoleWatch: North Carolina's JP Tokoto Wears Custom Air Jordan 10 'PE'

It's a bold move to wear custom Air Jordans in a North Carolina uniform, but JP Tokoto did just that in yesterday's game against Davidson.

With the help of customizer DEADSTK, Tokoto took the court in a PE-inspired custom version of the 'Powder' Air Jordan 10. UNC's argyle print runs along the base of the shoe, while Tokoto's initials and number have been added to the ankles. Each pair is also lined with custom Tar Heel insoles. Some observers even believed the custom to be an actual Jordan Brand produced PE when pictures first started making the social media rounds, a testament to DEADSTK's clean execution.

Making things even better, the high flyer had a highlight dunk in the game, finishing an alley-oop with a one-handed tomahawk late in the second half. Tokoto had 10 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists in the Heels' 90-72 win.

Tokoto's 10s may very well be one of the best customs we've seen this year. Enjoy a closer look below courtesy of @deadstk86, @Heelillustrated and Spencer Herlong for Carolina Blue.
