Japan's nonnative and New Balance get together for a new version of the 997 in a unique colorway.

nonnative's desaturated heritage aesthetic is nicely reflected in the shoe, which features a light-colored suede, leather and mesh upper. The "997.5" sole, although taking a departure from the original, seems to fit well here, and features bright blue accents for contrast. nonnative branding is subtly placed on the insole. 

The nonnative x New Balance CM997 drops at select nonnative retailers on January 7.

These are dope, would go dope with any dark color; burgundy, olive or navy blue.
