Last fall, it was announced that Darrelle Revis' second signature shoe had been canceled by Nike. Though the Zoom Revis picked up quite a bit of traction with sneakerheads, Nike decided to shift its focus and marketing toward Calvin Johnson and his signature line.
Before making the decision to cancel the line, Nike pushed the Zoom Revis 2 through to the sample stage. Here's a look at the trainer in detail, sporting a low cut, digi camo print, double cross-straps, a dipping collar, Revis' new logo on the heel and a turf ready outsole. This is a salesman sample with a product number, so it appears we were fairly close to a ZR2 release before it was scrapped.
