An amazing year for the Zoom Rookie is capped off with the release of the "Varsity Red" edition reminiscent of Penny's 1-of-1 Memphis Express PE.

Sporting a matte finish for their retail release, the Zoom Rookie arrives covered in varsity red. Hits of black provide minimal contrast throughout, handling the tongue 1Cent logo, toe Swoosh outline and heel pulltab. An icy translucent outsole sits below, finished off with varsity red traction pods. Tourmaline laces are also included, bringing to life a Christmas theme for one of this year's final releases of the Zoom Rookie.

The "Varsity Red" Nike Zoom Rookie is scheduled to release November 10th at select Nike Sportswear accounts such as Mr. Sports.

the price always drops on rookies. for those that say they are uncomfortable. you may just have to break em in. when i first wore mine i hated them and now after a few wears there okay.

after you wear these shoes for a few hours i promise you'll be glad to take'em off.worse Nike shoe i ever bought .I couldve cop'd some foams for what i paid for these

when l first saw these l thought too much red. but the icy sole, and green laces- l dunno. they grew on me. l like them and l love the low cop % easy pick up
