Revis Island relocates to the Steel City? Not quite, but Darrelle Revis' debut signature Nike trainer recently surfaced in a Pittsburgh Steelers colorway.

The "Steelers" Zoom Revis features a black leather and mesh upper, stabilized by a white synthetic cross-strap across the midfoot. White also appears on the Swoosh border and front part of the midsole, while gold works tongue branding, the Swoosh logo, lace and Flywire detail, heel pull-tab and outsole. Steelers logos appear on the insoles and medial sides. "33" embossing above the toebox represents the Steelers' founded date.

Why was this pair made? As Revis' manager John Geiger explains, it's a "Hometown Edition." Darrelle is from the area and also attended the University of Pittsburgh. What's the release status on this pair? We're not exactly sure at the moment, but we'll keep you posted if we hear anything here at Sole Collector.
