Celebrating Team USA's journey to the gold medal in these 2012 Summer Olympics, Nike Basketball recently unveiled this all new patriotic colorway of the Zoom Kobe VII.

Expected to be seen on Kobe's feet if and when Team USA reaches the gold medal game, the Zoom Kobe VII sports a color scheme similar to the previous USA colorway with hits of gold taking them over the top. The "Gold Medal" Zoom Kobe VII is brought to life thanks to a metallic gold Swoosh, tongue Shozoku logo, gold-speckled laces and a gold fade along the external heel counter.

these are dope..why mamba did not rock these today is beyond me..if nike makes a gold medal cw i would expect da mamba to rock in the GM game..that kinda makes sense..also i would have put a 10 on the back of the shoe but that is just me! when are these babies dropping??
