This colorway of the Nike Zoom KD IV has drawn comparisons to the "Entourage" Nike LeBron 8 V/2, but the scheme was pulled from the Oklahoma City Thunder's official team palette. The alternate look features a white synthetic upper, accented by a Photo Blue cross-strap and midsole. Midnight Navy works the inner lining and logos on the tongue and heel, while Tour Yellow wraps things up on the tongue padding, Swoosh branding and outsole.
