It's been widely assumed that the "USA" Nike Zoom KD IV would be the last colorway of the model released this year. However, KD confidant Randy Williams recently shared a photo that certainly makes matters interesting. Next to the "USA" KD IV in the picture is a golden version of the popular low-top, somewhat reminiscent of the "Christmas" and "All-Star" colorways. The shoe sports a gold synthetic upper, red Swoosh on the midfoot cross-strap, speckled midsole and translucent outsole. Could we be looking at a "Gold Medal" KD IV?
