This summer, Nike Basketball will introduce the Zoom Hyperfuse 2012, an update to one of their most adopted on-court models that they say has been made to fit a wider range of players. The shoe features an evolved Hyperfuse upper that utilizes stretch mesh and foot mapping to enhance fit and feel. Supporting the ride below is a Phylon midsole for added stability and a data-informed herringbone traction rubber outsole.
With a launch set to take place during the heart of the Olympic Games, it makes sense that we see the next generation of the Hyperfuse arrive in a Team USA colorway. Following tradition, the shoe features a obsidian and white upper, accented by red on the Swoosh logos and inner lining. Obsidian picks back up at the midsole, while a white outsole wraps up the look below.
Look for the "USA" Hyperfuse 2012 and several other colorways to release on Saturday, August 4. Retail will be $110.
