To celebrate Brazil’s art and culture, Nike Sportswear collaborates with two Brazil-based artists on the Women’s Nike Roshe Run and Air Max 1.

While photography is their preferred medium, Flavio Samelo and Jayelle Hudson are polar opposites with regards to their subject matter. Samelo focuses on architecture, and in contrast, Hudson’s targets are primarily organic in nature. The patterns on each shoe are an amalgamation of one architecture photograph from Samelo and one nature shot from Hudson, a black-and-white juxtaposition of the worlds of man and nature. Along with both artists’ graphics on the uppers, bold volt linings, Swoosh accents and striking black-and-white color blocking finish each pair off.

Look out for the 'Pulso Forte' Women's Roshe Run on Friday, July 11 followed by the 'Foco Bonito' Women's Air Max 1 on Friday, August 8 at nike.com and select Nike Sportswear retailers.
