In a rather disappointing development for some, Nikestore has just announced the cancellation of tomorrow's highly anticipated 'Chicago' and 'Pinnacle' Air Jordan 1 releases through nike.com and the SNKRS app.
According to a statement issued by the brand, bots have compromised the shopping experience and they want to ensure that all customers have fair access. The mainland China launch has also been canceled, but select Nike retailers and Nikestores will move forward with the release as planned.
A new date for both shoes was not given, though Nike says to keep an eye out for updates.
