It's been a common practice for Nike to introduce Flyknit sneakers under the HTM flag only to later give them a wider retail release.
When the Nike Free Flyknit HTM SP first showed up, it seemed like a safe bet that the shoe would eventually transition out of that limited realm and become more widely available. It hasn't happened yet though. Interestingly enough, the shoes have surfaced again out in Japan as the Nike Free Flyknit NSW. Remember that the Nike Free Flyknit 5.0 name is already taken, which puts this silhouette in a weird place in terms of official model names.
While you wait for a U.S. release, keep in mind that atmos in Tokyo already has pairs in stock.
