For those in no rush to store away their Dunks this winter, Nike Sportswear has conjured up another winterized version with a Free sole. The chunky silhouette features a premium leather and ballistic mesh build, metal D-ring lace loops, boot-style laces, a mesh-lined interior and heel pull-tab.

This pair in Baroque Brown with orange and gold accents will start to surface at spots like Glory Hole next month.

I love the look of these. the sole is a huge question mark though. it looks free but the sipes are filled in, so whats the point of that?!

the sole will have worse traction and be less durable than a traditional sole and the increased flexibility has been compromised to boot. I dont get it at all, unless it was done solely for the reason that material to make a free sole is incredibly cheap= more profit
