The Nike Air Tech Challenge 3 looks to be the next Nike sneaker to get the "Wheat" treatment.
The Timberland boot-inspired look extends beyond just the color of suede used, as the laces here are also of the rounded off boot persuasion. It's possible that when this model shows up on the shelves Nike will give it the Sneakerboot designation, like it has done with so many other retros reborn with a slightly bulkier build.
There is no sneaker release date information for this Nike Air Tech Challenge 3 pair, but don't be surprised if it launches in the fall.
