After re-upping with Nike over the summer, Amar'e Stoudemire will be the face behind one of the brand's new performance silhouettes, the Air Max Sweep Thru. The Sweep Thru features a tumbled leather build, dual-strap support system and Max Air cushioning in the heel. This Stoudemire PE colorway, in "away" Knicks blue, is select to drop in limited quantities at select Nike retailers this Friday.
The upper of the shoe is mostly royal blue with white and Team Orange support straps crossing over the midfoot. White works Swoosh branding and the upper portion of the tongue, while orange fills in the inner liner and appears around the border of the Swoosh. The midsole, which houses an orange Max air unit, is done in blue and white. Below, a blue rubber outsole caps off the look.
