Nike Sportswear continues to mix the old with the new, as seen with this all new reengineered version of the timeless Air Max '97 runner.

Nike Sportswear reconstructed the '97 classic for a better fit and breathable feel, utilizing what's called "Engineered Mesh" throughout the entire upper. The Air Max 97's key design cues all remain, including the iconic leather overlays and swooping mudguard. The Engineered Mesh version also utilizes a classic Air Max '97 tooling, featuring full length Air.

Look for the "Engineered Mesh" Air Max '97 to hit authorized Nike Sportswear accounts next spring.

I always liked the shape of the 97, but I don't like the silver color.
The Black Ones look great and the olives are kinda nice, too
