With the popularity of retro running sneakers at a peak, Nike continues to dig through its archives of innovative designs with the return of 1998's Air Max 120.

Acting as a cousin of sorts to the beloved Air Max Plus, the Air Max 120 employs a familiar gradient color scheme and also makes use of Tuned Air cushioning. That's where the similarities end, though, as the Air Max 120 boasts unique design cues like its plastic "web" support at the forefoot and a jagged cut-out outsole pattern.

Thus far, we haven't heard a confirmed release date or price point for this forgotten gem, but thanks to NikeBlog, we do know that it will arrive in at least five different colorways including the fiery O.G. "Orange Blaze" pictured above. Check back for more details soon.
