The 2016 "Nike Air" Jordan 4 in white/cement, which Sole Collector told you about a few months ago, was just confirmed by Jordan Brand in a post laying out what's to come from its Retro Remastered line.

The confirmation means the best look yet at the shoe via the official images here. There's a better speckle pattern this time around, a color closer to the original and, most importantly, a jumbo "Nike Air" hit on the rear. All this comes as part of Jordan Brand's commitment to bringing back original colorways in more accurate form.

Jordan Brand says that it's working on making retro Jordans like these feel better, having already figured out how to make them look better.

"While we were focused on the external appearance of the shoe and being historically accurate in year one, we are now diving into the internal part: innovation of the fit, feel and comfort of the shoes," said vice president of Jordan footwear Yuron White.

Leading this push is the coming "Maroon" Jordan 6. Also looking like it will arrive via the Retro Remastered program is a pair of "Nike Air" Jordan 5s.

Jordan Brand's only said so far that the Jordan 4s here are releasing in February of next year, but our info has them releasing on Feb. 13. There's plenty of time for that date to change, but the sneaker is looking like an All-Star release for now.

Enjoy these photos in the meantime and start saving your money.
