Gentry Humphrey's "Galaxy" Foamposite samples have undergone a transformation, as it appears that a different version will be heading to retail. Along with the returning Air Flight One, the "Galaxy" Foams were created to highlight Penny Hardaway and his return to Orlando for NBA All-Star Weekend.
The upper of the shoe features the starry galaxy print that we've seen on the All-Star Weekend shoes for Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant and LeBron James. Black nubuck runs along the eyestay and toebox, leaving mesh and textile to handle the tongue, collar and inner lining. White is used for Swoosh embroidery on the toebox, while a glow-in-the-dark translucent outsole finishes off the look below. Also included is a NASA-inspired keychain hang tag.
These are expected to drop at select Nike Sportswear retailers on February 25th.
