The New Balance 998 has slowly become the calling card of J.Crew's New Balance collections as the menswear shop focuses less and less on the New Balance 1400.
That's not to say that the collab range is the only source for pairs of the suede and mesh runner. While J.Crew stays busy with its SMUs, inline pairs have kept right on coming, the latest of which is this orange look that flips the typical laces in favor of some more commonly seen over on the New Balance 999.
