This upcoming New Balance 577 is inspired by cricket, a sport that likely doesn't resonate too well with most stateside sneakerheads.
New Balance has often used its Flimby-made silhouettes for these sort of deeply British homages, but the New Balance 576 has historically been the sneaker of choice for those sort of packs. The three New Balance 577s that constitute the "Test Match" pack are inspired by the green grass of the field, the blue of the stadium's seats, and the dark red leather of the cricket ball, respectively.
The New Balance 577 "Test Match" pack will release at NB accounts starting on March 21.
