Michael Jordan Wears XI Low PEs At Flight School Camp

MJ breaks out an all-new colorway of the Air Jordan XI Low at his Santa Barbara summer basketball camp. Would you want to see these release?

For years now, the Michael Jordan Flight School basketball camp has become a late summer staple in Santa Barbara, California.

Open to kids ages 7-18 for an entry fee of $760, the camp includes hands-on guidance from Michael himself, lodging for the week at the UC Santa Barbara campus and an Upper Deck authenticated autograph from MJ on the last day. It's really a pretty solid package deal.

Every year, without fail, there's always a kid or two right alongside MJ not wearing Jordans too. We get a Crazy Light 2 appearance here, along with a nice Tai Chi cameo.

What's also become a bit of an annual tradition at the camp each summer is Michael breaking out some rare Air. He debuted both the Air Jordan XIX and XX2 in Santa Barbara, putting them to the test during the post-dinner counselor scrimmages, and has worn several player exclusive models over the years.

As team photos from this summer's session show, he recently wore a player exclusive colorway of the Air Jordan XI Low in Black / White / Red. A new colorblock for the shoe and a variation of the White / Varsity Red XI Low that released earlier this year, for now, this XI Low was only made in size 13 for Michael.

There IS a Black/White-Red Jordan XI Low rumored to be launching next summer, but we're waiting on exact colorblock confirmation for now. We'll keep you posted.
