This year's NBA Finals features one of the leagues all-time most anticipated match-ups, with LeBron James leading his Miami Heat against Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder. In addition to the on-court action, sneakerheads will be keeping a collective eye on the footwear, particularly shoes worn by the star signature athletes representing each team. Yesterday, we previewed Kevin Durant's White/Gold Finals KD IV, which we follow with our first look at LeBron's red-based Finals 9 P.S. Elite PE.
Sure to draw a lot of "please release these!" responses, the Finals 9 features a red and black upper, with metallic gold working the laces and Swoosh branding. Combinations of red and black were also used on the carbon fiber wing and Max Air bag, while a translucent sole wraps things up below.
