Le Coq Sportif has never been a brand to focus too much on graphical treatments for its sneakers.
The plus side of that is that there is still a lot of untrodden territory for their current retro push. Enter the "Gradient Pack" of Le Coq Sportif R1000s, which has its two entries fading in color from front to back. Joakim Noah's Le Coq Sportif line had a couple of distantly similar pairs, but never any that managed to switch from color to color quite like this. Le Coq's most recent retro releases have been somewhat difficult to track down in the U.S., but here's to hoping that stateside retailers will pick up on these. If not, the Le Coq Sportif R1000 "Gradient Pack" can be imported from a pre-order at Asphalt Gold.
