Allen Iverson's first and still most popular Reebok signature model returns in an original colorway today. That means the Kicks on Cards Weekly Collection could feature none other than The Question. Here we have two looks at young AI in The Questions, in both the white and red colorway releasing today, and guarding Damon Stoudamire in the original white and blue version. On these cards we also see AI back before he was covered with tattoos, and what is quite possibly the first incarnation of his signature braids.
Next up is another 90's NBA bad boy, Latrell Sprewell in the highly underrated and forgotten Converse Voltage. The zig-zagging "electricity" motif on the Voltage should be up there with boldly designed sneakers like the Reebok Kamikaze, Shaqnosis, and Nike Air More Uptempo in popularity, but it has unfortunately gone largely unnoticed amongst sneaker collectors. The Voltage can also be spotted in the Kicks on Cards archives on the feet of Anthony Mason.
We finish up this week's collection with two classic Nike basketball models, both begging for a retro release. First is David Robinson in the classic Air Command Force, one of the absolute best shoes ever in Nike's FORCE line. Next is Shawn Respert in the Nike Air Penny's little brother, the Air Wayup.
