Kicks on Cards: The Weekly Collection Featuring the Nike Air Force Max

words // Zack Schlemmer

We start out this week's Kicks on Cards Collection with the big retro release of the week, the Air Jordan XIII in its "Bred" colorway.  We see the originals from 1998 here on, of course, Michael Jordan.  Will you be grabbing a pair of the retro version this weekend?

We go next to the Nike Air Force Max on the feet of its main NBA endorser Charles Barkley.  The Air Force Max just received the retro treatment recently in this original black and grey colorway, but with a slightly modified Vac-Tech upper.  Sir Charles wore these originals for most of the 1993-94 NBA season, including his run to the Finals against the Chicago Bulls.

On the third card you can spot two classic Reebok models with Shaquille O'Neal in the infamous Shaq Attaq and the Dunking Dutchman Rik Smits in an unidentified Pump model.  We stay in the early 90's for the last two cards with two Nike Basketball standards of their time, the Air Flight Maestro worn by Robert Pack and Kendall Gill in the Air Dynamic Flight.  What's your favorite shoe in this week's collection?

Michael Jordan -- Air Jordan XIII

Charles Barkley -- Nike Air Force Max

Shaquille O'Neal -- Reebok Shaq Attaq, Rik Smits -- Reebok Pump

Robert Pack -- Nike Air Flight Maestro

Kendall Gill -- Nike Air Dynamic Flight

LeBron James has the best sneakers in this year's Heat vs. Bulls playoff series, but can you guess who had the best in the two teams' 1992 matchup?
