Cleared to return to action, Kevin Durant played in his first game since February when the Oklahoma City Thunder took on the Minnesota Timberwolves to open the preseason last night.
In just 22 minutes, Durant looked like his old self, recording 15 points and 4 assists in the Thunder's 122-99 victory. He also laced up his Nike KD 8 signature sneaker for the first time, breaking out the "OKC Home" colorway in white, orange and photo blue. Of course, the Thunder were on the road, so that designation pertains to the scheme only.
There's no word on a release date for this colorway, so it may end up being exclusive to Durant. We'll be sure to keep you posted.
