Durant makes a real hero's dream come true.

On Sunday, Dec. 27, 5-year old Keaton Barron completed his final round of chemotherapy, the last in a victorious battle against leukemia. To celebrate, the avid Thunder fan’s parents treated him to seats to the game between the Thunder and Sacramento Kings this past Monday.

Hoping to get his favorite player’s attention, Keaton brought a sign that read, "Beat Cancer" -- Check. "Plan trip to Disney" - Check. But the third goal, "Meet KD," was left unchecked. Though he sat out with a toe injury, Kevin Durant took notice of the sign and made sure the third box was checked off for the youngster during halftime.

Additionally, as reported by ESPN, Durant gave Keaton the Nike KD 8 sneakers he wore for the Thunder’s Christmas Day game. The size 18s are currently displayed in a protective glass case, but Keaton says he wants to wear them when he gets bigger.
