The Jordan Brand aims defy tradition, stereotypes and odds with its 2013 Black History Month Footwear Collection.

One of three shoes making up this year's group is the Spizike hybrid, splashed in eye-catching volt with a cement print mudguard and elephant print rands wrapping the toebox and heel. Black works the lace tab on the stabilization strap, inner lining and pull-tab. Below, white completes the midsole, which sits atop a translucent rubber outsole.

The Spizike BHM will be available at Jordan retailers and nike.com for $175 this Saturday, February 9.
