When the Jordan Brand rolls out the Melo M9 next spring, expect a range filled with colorful styles and perhaps the most intriguing concepts we've seen in the Melo line to date.

At just 13.5 ounces, the M9 is the lightest shoe in the Melo series. The upper is constructed with a combination of leather and synthetics, featuring Flywire technology and an articulated quarter panel for adaptive fit. A full inner body sleeve creative a secure lockdown fit, while lateral TPU wings add extra support while making hard cuts. The midsole features Nike Zoom Air in the heel with podular Zoom in the forefoot. A midfoot shank enhances underfoot support and a full-length herringbone outsole provides maximum traction.

Below is a look at the M9 in a unique Metallic Silver/Black-Challenge Red-Tour Yellow colorway. More information on that in the months ahead.

I'm sure they're great to hoop in, the m8's were garbage for basketball.
Considering I'm a huge Melo fan, I'd ball in these if the fit is right.

This shoe is not meant to look great. It's probably simply a performance shoe, and it's probably amazing on the court. Granted no one wants to ball in ugly shits but it really isn't made necessarily for the look.
