Things don't get more marquee than a Christmas Day matchup between the New York Knicks and Los Angeles Lakers, scheduled to take place at Staples Center on December 25. For the game, Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony may finally be debuting his Jordan Melo M9 signature shoe in a special Christmas colorway.

Pictured in detail here, the "Christmas" Melo M9 features a full 3M reflective grey upper with all-over elephant print detailing. Like we saw on the "Christmas" CP3.VI, alternating green and red pull-tabs provide a traditional Yuletide touch.

No word on a release date at the moment, but we'll keep you posted here at Sole Collector.

got these they look good on my feet and feel great.. really wasnt looking to get these until i saw them in person my 1st pair of melos. performance wise may get a second pair in blk/red..people shoukd try these on if anything just to see and get an idea of the unique feel of these..

looks like it stops at the m8 advance.
How are you going to judge a PERFORMANCE shoe based on how much neon it does or doesn't have?

why oh why????? why did they take out the external heel counter? and those straps?!! smh.. this coming from a melo-line fan

I like the 3m cement print but that's where it stops. This shoe is ugly as hell. Melo doesn't deserve this garbage.
