Yesterday, we speculated that Chris Paul would debut the Jordan CP3.VI in today's gold medal game after seeing him break in a pair at Team USA's final practice. Today, Chris confirmed our suspicions when he laced up his new sig to help the United States hold off Spain for the gold.
Above is an official photo of the "Gold Medal Game" CP3.VI shared by Chris on Facebook. The shoe features white Hyperfuse construction and obsidian patent toward the heel. Obsidian also works the tongue, while red fills in the CP3 logo on the tongue, Jumpman branding and inner lining.
An obsidian-accented midsole and white rubber outsole support the ride below. The shoe once again relies on a Podulon cushioning platform and features a forefoot medial wrapping rubber outsole to help support CP's quick changes of direction.
